Frequency: 2 bicep-focused workouts per week
✅ Sets & Reps:

Weeks 1-4: 3 sets x 10-12 reps (moderate weight)

Weeks 5-8: 4 sets x 8-10 reps (heavier weight)
✅ Rest Time: 60-90 seconds between sets
✅ Tempo: 2-1-1 (2 seconds lowering, 1 second hold, 1 second lift)
✅ Progressive Overload: Gradually increase the weight each week while maintaining proper form
