Yes, to cover the transaction cost of selling your course, Elevated Fitness takes 10% of the total course amount per course sale. The remaining 90% is paid to you 7-10 days after purchase!
Customers are informed at checkout that once the purchase is made, it is final. They wave their right to a refund after they acknowledge the following message:
"By purchasing this course, you agree that you waive your right to a refund as you have immediate access the course material"
However, in some circumstances, we may deem it appropriate to issue the customer with a full refund.
If you choose to cancel your membership and customers have purchased your courses, we reserve the right to hold your course so that the customer can continue to use the programme. However we will take your programmes off of our store so no future purchases can be made. You can join back with us anytime if you wish to continue your courses.
If you want to stop your courses from being visible on our shopping page, you can archive that course. Archived courses do not contribute toward your course allowance.
